This carrot-ginger cake with orange-ginger cream cheese frosting is a recipe I’ve looked at and marveled over the presentation of for a couple of years but have been saving for the perfect occasion. This year’s Easter dinner party seemed like just the perfect opportunity to put the time and effort into this cake. And it was so worth it! Everyone raved about the cake, the frosting, and the candied carrot decorations.
