Paleo Challenge: Day 20

Saturday ended up being a long, crazy, but fun day. Started off with an early morning 8 mile run with a friend (not so fun after a late night) then headed off to meet up with a bunch of friends for a Cinco de Mayo cookout. Super fun! Super yummy food! This weekend we were allowed one cheat day as part of the paleo challenge so I used it for Saturday. My stomach was so happy πŸ™‚

Here’s what I ate:

Breakfast
-post run I had a mocha smoothie

Lunch
-cheese empanadas, lime Tostitos with tasty salsa, some cranberry ginger ale, a little bit of beer, deviled eggs

Snack
-Starbucks Frappucino πŸ™‚ mmmmmm

Dinner
-didn’t get to eat dinner until around 11:30pm when I got home, and I really was craving some Kraft mac and cheese. Don’t judge…I ate the whole box. It was amazing. A. Ma. Zing.
On yeah! And a fabulously wonderful treat was found in the grocery store on Friday — an impulse buy in preparation for cheat day. Also amazing. Peanut butter filled chocolate covered pretzels.
