Paleo Challenge: Day 29

5th week has arrived! Yay!!

Long work day, eager to get home and hang with my family again for the few evening hours there would be.

We went to dinner at Guapo’s (my fave Mexican restaurant) to celebrate my youngest brother getting straight A’s in his spring semester at college (yay, Corey!)

Here’s what I ate:
Breakfast
-egg white scramble with ham/onion/pepper/acorn squash hash like last week

Snack
-veggie chips

Lunch
-same salad again

Snack
-carrots and guac
-Fuji apple

Dinner
-Grilled chicken and veggie fajitas (no tortillas were consumed!) with guac and tomatoes
