Last day of week 5! Today was the most relaxing day I’ve had in awhile! Amen! I did skip church in an effort to shop at Whole Foods before the crazy late morning rush came. It was perfect. Checked a few tv shows off the “need to catch up on” list. Had breakfast from Whole Foods, a yummy mocha, then a great dinner and managed to get into bed before it was dark. Sadly though I woke up feeling terrible shortly after and was awake and miserable much of the night so today was rough. Bedtime now but here’s what I ate yesterday:
-eggs, bacon, blueberries, and plantains from Whole Foods — yum!
-didn’t eat any, I felt full from breakfast (which I ate at like 10:45)
-paleo-fied coconut chicken (will post recipe soon) with green beans
-paleo-fied ice cream cookie sandwich
